1. Adoption of a unique super-mobile modular design, easy to transport, low transit costs, can minimize the use of infrastructure and labour. At the same time, the assembly time is greatly compressed, and the practicality is optimised and enhanced.

2. The small footprint of the equipment and the centralised design of the mobile chassis increase flexibility and make small spaces no longer a challenge.

3. The 4 cold bins as standard, can be added. The conveying capacity of the proportioner can be adjusted by frequency converter to realise different proportions, and also can be equipped with weighing sensor to realise more accurate proportions.

4. Cold material silo feeding port is enlarged, sand silo is equipped with automatic silo wall vibrator as standard, other silos can be optional, vibrating screen can be optional.

5. The flue box in front of the drying cylinder adopts the design of heightening to slow down the dusty flue gas, stop the larger particles of dust from entering the exhaust system, and reduce the load of the dust bag to extend its service life.

6. Adopting external mixing cylinder, the material can be discharged continuously with high production efficiency, and it is also more thorough and homogeneous than the mixing in the drying cylinder.

7. The use of a bag filter with a filter area of up to 456 m² ensures that particulate emissions are below 50 mg/μm³. The coarse ash collected by the dust collector can enter the mixing cylinder for secondary use, and the fine ash can be discharged externally or enter the mixing cylinder for secondary use.

8. Automatic and manual two operation modes, simple, flexible. The control system can be accessed, diagnosed and updated remotely.

1. Each functional module is integrated into one or two transport units, which are simple to assemble and disassemble, and can realise ‘pull and go’ and ‘stop and produce’.

2. The cold hopper is equipped with protection grille, lack of material alarm, silo wall vibrator, belt scale, etc., and the proportion of cold aggregate of each specification is automatically controlled.

3. The combustion area inside the drying cylinder is made of highly wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials with long service life; the lifting blade and stainless steel heat insulation layer have been optimised repeatedly, which can effectively reduce heat loss.

4. Adopting water mist, water film and cyclone dust removal technology to retain dust efficiently; the induced draft fan dampers can be automatically adjusted to form a constant negative pressure, which is conducive to achieving the best clean effect.

5. The use of a fully enclosed scraper conveyor not only avoids heat loss and minimises pollution, but also provides a secondary mixing of the asphalt mixture, making it more homogeneous.

6. Automatic and manual operation modes can be switched between each other, the operator can switch to manual mode at any time to deal with a variety of unexpected situations.
