1. How is the machine packaged.?
Nude packaged in a 40'' HQ container and a 20'' GP container.
2. How do I make sure my money is safe before delivery?
We accept 30% advance payment by T/T as deposit. As soon as the machine is ready, we will take photos or sent videos to you and inform you to transfer the other 70% payment. As soon as we receive it we will arrange the shipment. We are formal company having record in the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. If there is any problem, you can sue us to Chinese Consulate in your country. Please be rest assured on this aspect. Every year, we delivered so many goods to other countries.
3. Can I choose the color of the machine and can I paint our company name on the machine? Sure. Please provide the electronic edition of your company logo and name. We can paint it on the machine as requested.
4. If the equipment start problem in my site, will you come to fix?
As an serious customer, I understand your consideration. But Firstly of all, we promise this is a very stable, mature machine. You are absolutely rest assured about the quality and performance. Secondly, if start problem because of wrong operation or long time using or whatever other reasons, we will give solutions within 24 hours. Within the guarantee period, If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we will deliver the part for free. After one year, the spare parts will be provided at good price;
We can come to you to fix the machine, but according to our experience, it had never happen so big problem that we have to dispatch engineer to fly over there. Because generally it will be some little problem caused by wrong operation, we will solve it by teleconferencing, video call, etc, becasue the media is so developing and convenient.
